Specifically, this architecturally designed Mangawhai home features a unique mezzanine floor and was completed in 2023. SENZ was engaged to undertake the full structural design, including the foundations, floor slab, and timber roof. Because the project utilized a diverse mix of clay block, concrete, and steel, the structure required complex engineering coordination.
